Co-Founder 

Heather Hyde Jennings is the Co-Founder of Third River Partners. She acts as a trusted advisor to clients who seek to win at strategy execution while developing strong leaders and teams. Her expertise is developing a successful culture of strong, shared leadership. 

Previously a consultant with a leading firm in turnaround and crisis management, Heather developed solutions for companies in circumstances ranging from challenged to significantly troubled. As a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Insolvency and Reorganization Advisor, and member of the Turnaround Management Association, Heather spent more than fifteen years in strategic development, operational analysis and improvement planning, and provided interim financial management for client organizations

At Third River Partners, Heather facilitates Serving Leader Team Development and the Greater Goal Process™, including goal based coaching for leader and organizational development. As the coauthor of The Greater Goal: Connecting Purpose and Performance, she enjoys working with team members as they become a highly committed community, capable of positive business impact.

Heather is also an active member in her community and focuses her passion for leadership team development, new strategy creation and operational improvement in healthcare, charitable and faith-based nonprofit organizations.
